- Built the Go (Echo, GORM, PostgreSQL) backend for Nkumbu Credit Solutions, a micro-lending platform, covering the full loan lifecycle: application, automated credit scoring, admin approval, PDF agreement generation, and repayment tracking.
- Built the React 19 frontend: a role and permission-based admin console and a customer-facing AI-powered chatbot.
- Built a WhatsApp Cloud API conversational bot letting clients register, apply for loans, and make repayments through a session-based chat flow.
- Implemented role-based access control (JWT auth, granular admin permissions), audit logging, and secure password recovery.
